1. What is Project Workflow
Project Workflows gives your team a shared, stage-based process for delivering projects. Use Workflow Stages to show what the team is working on now, automatically create the right tasks at each step, and track deadlines across Project Overview, Kanban and Calendar.
2. How to Configure a Workflow
Step 1: Create your workflow in Settings
Step 2: Add tasks in the Project Overview
Situation 1: Add tasks in the existing project:
Situation 2: Add tasks in a new project
A new project is automatically linked to the company’s default workflow and starts at its initial stage. All you have to do is as follows:
[ Go to Project Overview → Click "Tasks" → Click "+ Add Task" ]
You can also switch your workflow and stage if necessary.
3. Manage Your Projects In Kanban
Kanban provides a portfolio view organized by Workflow Stage. Each column represents an active stage, and each card represents a project in that stage.
Good to know: Click to open a card directly when you need project-level detail.
4. Track Deadlines in Schedule and Calendar
GreenSketch now provides two calendar contexts: a project-level Schedule and a company-level Calendar. Both help teams review eligible Custom Task deadlines without losing the project connection.
Please note: Only when custom tasks are set with a Due Date and turned on "Add deadline to calendar" button, your deadlines will appear in Schedule and Calendar.
(1) Schedule ( in the Project Overview)
Review the selected project’s eligible Custom Task deadlines.
(2) Calendar
Review deadlines across the organization, then filter or open the related task and project.
