Quick Quote allows you to skip the traditional roof design steps and go straight to the quoting stage. This is perfect for providing instant estimates during initial consultations or when you need to quote on-site and add a design later.
Part 1: Creating a Quick Quote
Select Entry Point : On the Project List page, hover over the
+ Quick Quotebutton and Choose either New System Design or Battery-Only Retrofit from the menu.
Create Project : Enter the customer details in the side drawer. Click the
Create Quick Quotebutton at the bottom.Add Products in Quote stage : You will be redirected straight to the Quote page. Click
+ Add Product, where you can now search and add Panels, Inverters, or Batteries directly.
Part 2: Adding a Design Later
If you want to add a design to your existing Quick Quote, there’s no need to start over:
From the Overview Page : Go to the Project Overview. On the Option card, click the Design title
Confirm Creation : A prompt will appear asking if you’d like to create a design. Once confirmed, the map will load.
Data Sync： Once in Design, the products you selected during the quoting stage will automatically appear in the center of the map—no re-entry required.

Q: Why can't I edit product quantities on the Quote page?
A: Once a design is created, quantities are driven by the design itself to ensure accurate energy and savings calculations. Please return to the Design tab to make adjustments.
Q: Can I add a design after the customer has signed?
A: Signed projects are locked. We recommend Duplicating the project and adding a design to the new copy.
