Whenever Emily generates or captures a lead during the quotation process, it will be automatically collected and shown in this page for you to manage. This allows you to easily track, organize, and follow up with all potential customers in one place.
Lead Status Explained
Each lead in My Leads will go through different stages during the sales process.
Claimed: The lead has been captured and is assigned to you for follow-up.
Contacted: You have reached out to the homeowner.
Qualified: The lead is confirmed as a potential homeowner.
Converted: The lead has turned into a paying homeowner or completed a deal.
Closed: The lead is no longer active (e.g. lost opportunity, no response, or not a fit).
