This program is currently exclusive to installers in Australia. To join, please ensure:
Profile Completion: Upload a clear company logo (jpg/png < 2MB).
ABN Verification: Provide and verify your 11-digit Australian Business Number.
Service Area: Define your covered states or specific geographic boundaries.
Reference Project: Have at least one verified project existing in your account.
3. Step-by-Step Guide
♻️Step 1: View & Claim Opportunities
Lead Notification: When a homeowner is matched with your service area and score, you will receive an instant email notification.
The "Free Leads" Tab: Navigate to the Leads module and select the Free Leads tab. Here, you can see high-level details such as the property address and the AI-estimated system size.
Claiming a Lead: Click the [Claim] button to secure the lead. Once claimed, the homeowner’s full contact details (Phone, Email, and personalized Notes) will be unlocked for you.
♻️Step 2: Follow-up & Management
Active Tracking: All claimed leads are moved to the My Leads tab for easy management.
Status Updates: Keep your pipeline organized by updating the lead status:
Mark as Contacted: Log your initial outreach to the client.
Qualify: Confirm that the homeowner’s requirements align with your services.
Convert to Project: Ready to design? Click [Convert to Project] to automatically create a new project in your GreenSketch dashboard with all the lead's information pre-filled.
Note: Each lead can be converted into a project only once. Projects created from leads cannot be deleted; if the project becomes inactive, please change its status to "Closed".
♻️Step 3: Closing Inactive Leads
If a lead cannot proceed to a sale, click the Close button.
Provide Feedback: You will be asked to select a reason for closing (e.g., Customer unresponsive, Outside service area, or Price too high).

Q: Why am I not receiving any leads?
A: Please ensure that your Service Area is correctly configured and that your ABN status is verified as "Active." Additionally, increasing your design activity on the GreenSketch platform will improve your GS Comprehensive Score, which directly increases your priority for lead matching.
Q: Is there a limit on how many leads I can claim?
A: There is currently no fixed limit. However, if you claim leads but fail to follow up (i.e., you do not update the lead status for a long period), the system may lower your Comprehensive Score, which will negatively impact the frequency and quality of future lead assignments.
Q: Can I delete a project that was converted from a lead?
A: No. To maintain data integrity and track the lead-to-conversion lifecycle, projects created from converted leads cannot be deleted. If a project is no longer active or the deal falls through, please mark the project status as "Closed" instead of attempting to delete it.
