We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new platform! With a new domain, it delivers a more powerful feature set and a smoother, more intuitive user experience.

To help you with this transition, we've compiled this list of frequently asked questions.

Q1: What are the benefits of the new platform?

A: Our new platform is built on completely new technical architecture, designed to provide you with:

  • Enhanced Features: New and optimized core functionalities to meet your advanced needs.

  • Streamlined Experience: A fresh interface ensures faster response times and a more intuitive workflow.

  • Improved Performance & Stability: Enjoy a more reliable and robust service.

Q2: How do I access the new platform? Do I need to create a new account?

A: No new registration is required. You can simply log in to the new platform using your existing username and password from the old portal. Your account has been automatically migrated.

Q3: Is all my old data transferred?

A: Absolutely. All your data has been securely synchronized to the new platform.

  • What's included: Your account information, default settings, previous projects, and all other data.

  • Seamless Transition: You can continue your work as usual upon login. No additional import steps are needed.

Q4: Can I still use the old portal?

A: Yes. During this transition period, you will continue to have access to the old portal. Any additions or changes you make there will continue to sync automatically to the new platform in the early morning the next day.

Q5: Will my new data sync back to the old system?

A: No, please pay special attention to this one-way sync rule:

  • One-Way Synchronization: Data sync only flows from the old portal to the new platform. Any changes you make on the new platform will not sync back to the old one.

  • Our Recommendation: To avoid any confusion or data discrepancies, we strongly advise starting all new projects on the new platform. We will provide ample notice before the old portal is officially retired, giving you sufficient time to transition fully.

Q6: Will the old portal be shut down?

A: Yes, the old portal will remain accessible until its retirement in mid-December. Any additions or changes made there during this period will continue to sync to the new platform. We encourage you to complete your transition by the end of this period.

Q7: What should I do if I have questions or need more information?

A: Our team is ready to assist. For any questions or to request another demo, simply use the message portal in the bottom-right corner of the website.
